**Description/Job Summary**


The purpose of the Production Scheduling Clerk is to accurately update and maintain finished production location system in inventories and SAP, analyze the output and investigate all major shrink or swells in production/inventory, submit all finished paperwork
to the accounting department along with copies of any receivings, and accurate bin reconciliations. Assist production office through daily communication with supply planners regarding orders and scheduling issues. Track and analyze daily order fill rate
and distressed product.


**Responsibilities/Duties**


+ Daily data entry of production on location and input through corporate mainframe (SAP), investigate all major shrink and swell issues

+ Verification of transfer and customer loads

+ Reconcile SAP inventory on a daily and weekly basis and provide accounting with all supporting documentation

+ Frequent verbal communications to department managers as to scheduling and loading status or orders/trucks and telephone communication to the supply planners as to product availability are required on an as needed basis

+ Train new associates for back-up and retrain current staff on an as needed basis for the shipping clerk position

+ Track and analyze daily order fill rate and distressed product


**Required Skills**


Office administration and working knowledge of Microsoft Office


**Required Education**


Strong reading, communication, math, writing and analytical skills are required, as well as, a High School Diploma or GED.
