DescriptionWith $9 billion under management within the Wealth Management Department, Old National Bank is a leader in the industry. The Trust Officer is responsible for administering and servicing a book of business that consists of various types of personal trust relationships including revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts, estates, guardianships and investment management agency accounts. The Trust Officer serves as part of the client relationship management team and is responsible for generating new or additional trust revenue. Essential Duties: Act as primary fiduciary and administrator for a portfolio of personal trust accounts working with appropriate support teams to ensure the execution of day to day account administration. Act as part of the relationship management team for assigned accounts to identify, understand and develop solutions to meet both current and future financial needs of clients and their estate plans. Conduct periodic account and document reviews to identify possible client needs. Develop new revenue through various means including participating on sales calls and analyzing existing book of business for additional revenue opportunities and develop a professional referral network.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or other related field. 5 years of trust administration experience. CTFA or CFP certification or JD degree preferred. Completion of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Effective listening skills are a must. Must be professional in dress and demeanor. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
